Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Zen Active Supplements LTD. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Delivery Areas

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not offer international shipping at this moment.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched.

3. UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods for domestic deliveries:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier backlogs or peak holiday seasons. All delivery times are estimates only.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Redelivery

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a local sorting office, a redelivery fee may apply.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

  • Take photos of the damage and email them to contact@zenble.co.uk calong with your order number so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund for you.
